Down on a summer day
All the dogs come to play
Down to the river

Having fun
Poodles, daschunds, labradors too
Coming, going, coming, going
Never thinking that it's snowing.

THE FUN DOG SHOW (ACTIVITIES)

Odie and Spot were the losers.

Today we put on a fun dog show and we're going to tell you how we did it.

Avalanche won the first competition which was The Best Dog Food

The dark green and light green rosette was for a clean round. Husky also won first place

Scruffy won the most fit and the smoothest and the best trained dog

Chocolate was second

Scruffy was the real winner champion fun dog show 2010

MARSHMALLOW FUDGE! (ACTIVITIES)

This is from the recipe book from my dad!

Sift the icing sugar into bowl

Line the cake tin

Cut the marshmallows in half

Melt the butter, marshmallows etc in a pan

Stir into the icing sugar until smooth

Pour into cake tin

Lick the spoon of course!

Cut into squares

Refrigerate and eat within a week!

6 WEEKS PAST THE YEAR (POEM)

The children left school in July
So they could remember
That when 6 weeks past the year
They'll come back in September

They came back in September - right
Their teacher said remember

Then we went to a seed bank.

After that we went to have a rest, can you notice Olivia written on the rock?

Then we went on a long walk! We found some deer on the way!

Then we went on a long walk to iris dell. Mummy thought fairies lived there and there was lots of colourful flowers. We went to a bridge and dropped sticks in and called it Pooh Sticks and called the bridge Pooh Sticks Bridge but when we dropped the sticks in they never seemed to come out so I said there was a troll under the bridge collecting the sticks and leaves. A bit further on [not at iris dell] we heard and sloshing noise. Piers said that it was the trolls washing machine but i knew it was only a water fall.

Afterwards we went to tunnels made of willow.

WAKEHURST PLACE #1 (DAY TRIP)

Last Monday I went to Wakehurst place.

Chapter 1: Shop and Cafe
First we went to the shop and went and had a look at things. After that we walked through the gardens to go to the cafe.  I had macaroni cheese and a bit of the chocolate nest.
Next to the cafe there was a big mansion.


     

THE SEASIDE (DAY TRIP)

First we got onto the coach. We had to stop to go to the toilet. At last we arrived and had lunch. The we built sandcastle, found some rock pools and we paddled. I loved drawing in the sand and picking up big pieces of lime-stone. We got ice-cream and I got a Festival. Then we carried on playing. Then we had to go on the coach to go home.

This is my best friend Katiana. We sometimes have a break in the races so we liked doing cartwheels or chat on the grass.

In the sack I was quite confident. I lost but I did try hard!

There were blue team, green team, red team and I was in the blue team. There was 1st, 2nd, 3rd and tried hard stickers but all I got was the tried hard stickers

DOG JOURNAL #2 (STORIES)

                                    Stardust the schnauzer

This is how Mummy got so crazy. Its Mummy's and he's called Stardust.
This is how the story begins.
My German Shepard dog was so cute that Mummy wanted it so she looked on the Nature Babies website and she ordered the Schnauzer.

DOG JOURNAL #1 (STORIES)

Now its time for you to know how much I like dogs. I used to really want a cat but now I want a dog because I've seen them in the park and Clare [Sarah's Lan-Lady] said I must get a dog if Mummy's allergic to cats. Sometimes I see the same dog each day like the beautiful Golden Retreiver [I think his names Molly]  I see on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday but not always on Fridays.

Tiger lyer

I have a tiger which is such a lyer
He said he doesn't eat sweets

Very scary in the hospital. I have never seen a place like it because its so boring and what is that supose to be I think its for sleeping in very boring but intresting.

Lucy and the pirates

Once upon a time there was a princess  called Lucy. She had curly, blonde hair and beautiful white skin. She had green eyes and she got caught by pirates.

When Lucy got caught the pirates took her to the bottom of the ship. Lucy's friends were scared because they didn't know what the dirty pirates were going to do.

The ship was very brown and the stairs were going to the bottom of the ship where Lucy is. Jack was the chef and he worked in the kitchen which is on the 2nd floor, but sometimes Jack goes on the deck and catches fish. Henry was the treasure collector and collected gold on islands. Shenade was the driver and she drove to islands. Shemai was the map reader and she sits on her hammock and reads the map. Captain Hook was the boss of Jack, Henry, Shenade and Shemai and he told them what to do and tidies the ship.

The next day Lucy was still on the ship and Shenade drove the wrong way and they didn't get any gold.

But luckily Jack had lots of spare fishing rods and Captain Hook didn't have a parrot. Then they fished and they caught a parrot. "There you go your very own parrot," said Jack.

But I forgot to tell you that Henry used to be a goody and he had been playing lots of tricks to help Lucy but I can't tell you them now. That night Henry said to Lucy "Can you swim?" Lucy replied "No" "Then I can drive the boat to England and you will be safe" and he did.

Introducing Me

I am six years old and my birthday is on 19th August. I live in London and I like going to Yorkshire and other places that have beaches because I like to play in the sand and I don't care if it's pebbly or sandy. I live with my friend Piers who's 34 and my mum who's 34 too. Piers is Mummy's boyfriend. I like dogs and cats and I don't have a proper pet, I only have a goldfish. I used to have two goldfish but now I only have one because the other one died. My goldfish is called Goldie and the other one was called Petrie. Petrie is the one who died.

I have blonde hair and blue eyes and I am white. I have a favourite teddy that's a dog and is called Puppy. I have other favourite teddies but not as favourite as Puppy. Puppy is a labrador and I got him when I was 2.
